A few weeks ago I took pictures for this really amazing down to earth couple, Jennifer and Kris. The wedding was an epic event held on the Friday before independence day. Their vows were exchanged at the lovely St. Francis De Sales Church in Herkimer from there we had a quick stop at the herkimer fire department so Jennifer could take a photo with her father (A Firefighter) in front of the big truck. After that we headed over to Jennifer’s family home for pictures then went over to one of my favorite reception venues MKJ Farms.
At MKJ farms we took more photos and then Jennifer, Kris their family and friends partied late into the night. Their was music, dancing, a fog machine. Which made for some literal dancing on a cloud. Later in the night their was fireworks, sparklers, and the Chinese Lanterns and not one but two amazing singers who took over the mic and gave impromptu performances for the crowd. I think the Reception lasted for around 6 hours and if the dance floor was empty at all it’s only because the food was being served or the fireworks were going off. This was a crowd with amazing energy.
Thank you Jennifer and Kris, you were awesome and I think every person that attended your wedding will have fond memories for years to come!
